Small weight loss

Hi, I only have about 4 kg to lose. Is this still the right diet for me, or is it only appropriate for people who have a lot to lose?

Of course! This diet is essentially a type 2 diabetic diet (made fun), which is a healthy diet for everyone. If you have 4kg to lose, then do the diet till you reach goal, and then slowly include the ‘good’ fats back into the diet (plant and fish oils), to stabilise your weight and keep it there. Remember once you are at your goal weight, you need to know how to keep it there, so adopting a new, LOW GI and low fat diet can only keep you slim and prevent disease from developing!

Losing 4kg or 40kg, this way of life will keep you eating, smiling and entertaining without anyone suspecting that this is ‘health’ food!
