Good day. I’m from the Czech Republic, so I apologize in advance for the grammar.
I needed advice. The power you please reply. I decided to keep your
diet. I measure about 165 centimeters and weighs 48 kg. It helps me to your diet to shed the fat on the legs and
the belly? And the second question: when is allowed to eat food to 3 grams of fat per 100
grams of food .. so when I’ll be pasta with cheese, which have a label that
have 3 grams of fat per 100 grams of product. But the pasta is 150 grams. This means
It, therefore, that he’s not allowed, it was too bold? Many thanks for your reply. You
good. Have a nice day.

Hi there!

Please don’t apologise for the grammar – I wish I could reply in your language, so thank you for using English for me!

To start with, I am concerned about you needing to lose weight. At your height, you are already underweight, and this can be dangerous for the health of a woman (I hope I am correct in assuming you are female!). I would recommend that you do not look to lose any more weight/fat. Why do you want to be so very thin? Your ideal weight should be 49kg or above, in order to be healthy and not start metabolic and health problems. I would like you to reply if you can, and perhaps we can concentrate on keeping you the same weight as you are, and not losing any! At your weight, I cannot possibly imagine that you would have any excess fat on your belly and things! If there really is an issue, then weight loss would probably not be the answer. I’d suggest specific exercise to really firm up those areas instead.

The rule on this plan is that the food label should read less than 3g of fat per 100g serving. However, once you have satisfied that rule, you don’t have to worry about how much of that food to eat, even if it’s 300g – that’s fine. If the food passes the ‘rule’, then you can eat however much of it that you like. Just check that the pasta is made from 100% Durum Wheat, rather than normal wheat flour. This will then ensure that it is Low GI and thus a better choice for blood sugar control.

Please remember to include essential fats in your diet, too. I would recommend a minimum of 1000mg salmon oil per day.

Please take care of yourself. You only have one, beautiful body. Don’t harm it just to satisfy an unrealistic goal.
