“ I first consulted Tabitha in February 2010 when I realised that I could not continue with an overweight problem. The initial consultation was set with some reluctance as I had been expecting recommendations for change that would make my life something of a misery. However, although still something of a shock, I found that what I was expected to do was not all that difficult, involving principally the elimination of high fat content food.
