Long Distance Consultations

Your life is busy, crazy hectic. Or you just live really far away from Tabitha’s practice. Well no problem.

Tabitha offers an two long-distance options:

• Phone consultation. All you need to do is phone and book a session (011) 706 7623, and then you phone Tabitha at the appointed date and time. Please be sure, however, that you have filled in the form below and sent it through to reception before your appointment, otherwise valuable time will be lost capturing data over the phone!
• Email-based e-Consultation. This is dead easy and every thing will take place over email. Please continue reading to see how it works.

E-Consultation Costs

The price is in line with Tabitha’s standard practice rates and approximately 75 % of the cost is usually claimable from medical aid (South Africa only), depending on which scheme you are currently on.

Most of the time, the process kicks off with three consultations as outlined below:

Discount

The normal price for all three consultations is R2300.00 but if you pay for all three up front, you will receive a 15% discount, giving you a total cost of just R2000.00. Please remember that you must book all three of your consultation times with Tabitha’s reception, so once you have completed this form and made your payment, Samantha (Tabitha’s fabulously efficient office manager) will email you that she has received the details, and you can phone her (011) 706 7623, to make those appointments when it suits you.
