  • The X Diet
  • The X Diet Cookbook
  • Women & Food (revealing the link between women, food & depression) and
  • The 14-Day X Diet.

She has also published the best-seller in the Czech Republic (see Dieta X)

These became overnight No 1 Best-sellers in 1999-2002, and sales were only seconded by “How to pass your learner’s licence”!

Tabitha now practices, consults to the media, writes and lectures with an affable chutzpah that is both catchy and welcoming.

Tabitha has the natural ability to take complicated, medical and physiological information and turn it into fun, easy-to-understand metaphors, finally allowing the layperson to understand the body and how to feed it. She demystifies the secrets of weight loss, by teaching in a non-punitive and hilarious manner, which immediately sets patient and audience at ease, and brings home the pivotal message, “Eat, Drink and be Merry”, encouraging ‘normal’ mealtimes, social eating and satisfying daily menus, that completely stop blood sugar fluctuations and eliminate cravings and emotional eating. While still losing body fat, stabilising blood sugar levels and lowering cholesterol and blood pressure.

Where else can you find a weight-loss lifestyle that includes Spaghetti Bolognese, bangers and mash, creamed spinach or banana custard?!

All of Tabitha’s recipes have been tried and tested (on men over 50 years ensuring that the meals pass the test of even the most fussy eaters!!) so that the whole family can eat with the ‘dieter’, and no-one feels like a martyr. Gone are the days of “No pain No gain”.

Losing weight, reducing cholesterol levels and controlling blood sugar levels are finally possible with Tabitha’s practical translation way of eating very low fat and Low GI.
